Renovations

Here is the Old School House during the renovations.

They took longer than expected (funnily enough) and cost more than we thought. That seems to be the way with these things though…

Phase 1

Gas Central Heating and new radiators
Replacement of skitring and architrave
Rework the fireplace area
Front room plastered, [...]

We moved to Skelton, just outside York in August 2006. It’s pretty quiet with only one very small pub and a corner shop, but it’s fine for the time being.
